Privacy and data protection (LGPD)

This site was built to process as little data as possible, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law no. 13,709/2018).

Uploaded files

The .xbY file you upload is converted in memory and discarded immediately after the response. It is not written to disk, not copied and not accessed by anyone.

Data collected

Sign-up: there is none. The site does not ask for your name, e-mail or any personal data.
Technical cookie: CSRF protection for the form, essential for the site to work, always active — it does not depend on consent (art. 7, IX).
Analytics cookies (optional): with your permission, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the pages are used — visits, link clicks and tutorial completions, for example. They are only activated after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice; declining does not affect any feature of the site, including file conversion. Google may process this data outside Brazil, as our processor; see the Google privacy policy. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I) — revocable at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Access logs: the server records IP address, date and resource accessed, like every web server, exclusively for security and diagnostics (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 7, IX). Logs are limited in size and automatically discarded by rotation.

Data protection officer

Gloryrics is a personal, non-profit project maintained by a single person, which qualifies it as a small-scale processing agent under Resolution CD/ANPD no. 2/2022. In that condition the formal appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is waived, but the communication channel required by the rule exists and is open to you:

Sharing

We do not sell data to anyone. The only exception is Google Analytics, and only if you have accepted the analytics cookies: in that case, browsing data is processed by Google as our processor.

Your rights

The LGPD grants you rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction and deletion of data, as well as withdrawing consent at any time. Since this site stores no personal data beyond what the analytics cookies collect with your permission, the most direct way to exercise these rights is to decline or withdraw consent under "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Responsibility and content

Gloryrics is a personal, independent project with no official ties to the Maranatha Christian Church, Glorifica or Holyrics. Hymnals and hymns belong to their authors and publishers; the site only converts the format of files the user already owns and does not distribute any hymnal.
